Fully Managed Service
Opting for our Fully Managed package gives our Landlords the peace of mind that their most important asset is in professional and knowledgeable hands. JPT will take care of every aspect of letting your property.
- Inventory
Provide a full photographic, detailed inventory document.
- Utility Service Update
Update all relevant utility providers including meter readings and provide ongoing support.
- Deposit
To register the deposit held in The DPS – The Deposit Protection Service, provide a certificate to the tenant. To manage/claim/return of deposit, at the end of tenancy.
- Monthly rental payments
Collection of monthly rent and ongoing management of payments.
- Landlord’s Profile Statements & accounts
Provide all signed, legal documentation to include monthly and yearly financial accounts.
- Key Service
To hold a management set of keys for emergencies and third party access.
- Property Inspections
Provide regular photographic, detailed inspection report.
- Regulatory advice and compliancy
To ensure the landlord is up to date with compliance certificates and legislation.

- Renewals & Rent Review
Provide a new market valuation report. To Negotiate and implement a new Assured Ashorthold tenant agreement and all legal compliant documents.
- Serve legal notice
Experienced to serve any legal documentation and notices.
- Check out procedure
Pre-checkout advice to tenants and to complete a landlord detailed property report. To manage/claim/return any of the deposit at the end of tenancy.

This offers a simple, straightforward marketing package, where JPT will source the ideal tenant for a low-cost, one-off fee:
- Accumulate Initial payment
Collect first month’s rent and deposit.

Provide all signed, legal documentation to include a financial statement.
- Inventory And Services Update
Provide a full photographic, detailed inventory document and update all relevant utility providers including meter readings.
- Deposit
